Northwestern cuisine in HCMC

To prepare dishes such as com lam (bamboo sticky rice), fried chicken with Sapa mushrooms, and grilled fish as close as possible to home cooking, all ingredients including vegetables, spices, and meat are imported from the northwestern region.

KHEN LA RESTAURANT
Address: 17b Mai Thi Luu, District 1, HCMC.

The restaurant is decorated with traditional furniture made by northern ethnic minorities. At Khen La, artworks comprising wooden sculptures, ornamental stones and potteries are unique to the northern highlands culture.

When treating their palate to sumptuous meals, diners can sit back, relax and enjoy song and dance performances by members of the Mong ethnic minority.
